Sherri is a Career Development Practitioner (CDP), Teacher and Entrepreneur with more than 12+ years working in the Human
Resources field. Her skills in advising, counselling, planning, organizing, and prioritizing, enable her to always put the needs of the client first. Sherri has operated Krossroads Consulting (KRC) since 1997, providing services to the Federal Government,
Provincial Governemnt and private businesses.
In the past, Sherri has taught at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, in the Career and Work Counsellor program and continues her professional development in the Human Resources Management field. She designs and facilitates programs for the public sector, community groups, plus training and educational facilities.
