Client/Work Experience Includes:

• Work as a client focused Counsellor with a wide range of individuals
• Assist clients to create a self-marketing package, job target, resume, cover letter and interview preparation
• Advise, counsel and guide clients with job search and careers
• Knowledgeable of all resources to make appropriate referrals 
• Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings, entry and skill requirements and other occupational information
• Conduct research on occupational, educational and computer related information
• Introduce and support clients on computerized job search tools such as Choices, Winway Resume, the Internet, Word-processors, Office Machines, Jobbanks, etc...
• Design and Facilitate workshops
• Administer and score the General Aptitude Test Battery (GATB)
• Counsel clients on their GATB results
• Complete weekly, monthly & yearly statistical reports on Resource Centre activities
• Establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of advertising materials
• Use existing photo and illustration banks to produce advertising materials
• Develop the graphic elements that meet the Resource Centre's objectives
