Sherri Crump, President of Krossroads Consulting, is a Career Development Practitioner(CDP), Trainer, Counsellor and Entrepreneur with more than 10+ years working in the Human Resources field. Sherri is highly self-motivated with ability to develop programs and procedures to meet objectives, has strong leadership and “focusing” skills, and is experienced working with various age groups from diverse economic backgrounds.

KRC has been in operation since 1997, providing services to the Federal Government, Employment Ontario, private businesses and non-profit organizations. KRC specializes in using interactive human relation tools to assist individuals and groups identify preferred personality styles and fosters enhanced effectiveness, improved communication, and synergy within teams. Workshops are customized to meet the needs of the client.
